the room was spacious. it included a dressing room. the bathroom was also quite big. the hotel offered afternoon sweets. this was a nice touch.
i found this out at check-in. ahmed seemed inexperienced. he was unsure about basic procedures. the bedding felt firm. the pillows seemed worn out. the feathers felt clumpy.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. They assisted with my luggage, and the check-in process was very quick. My room had a chic modern design, unlike what I expected (I really like the new decor!). My room was spacious and very clean. The bed felt super comfy, awesome for a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the small cakes they gave during turndown service. They were delicious! I visited the Club Lounge for lunch. The staff were pretty good my expectations and worked hard to. Vadivelu Kupusamy even helped with my bags at checkout, so kind!
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

i found the staff to be warm and friendly a grand entrance created a positive first impression the marble bathrooms were a luxurious touch i appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable bed the hotel's central location allowed easy access to nearby attractions the pool area was relaxing after a day of exploring.
the breakfast options felt somewhat limited i thought more variety could have enhanced the dining experience

the staff was friendly and helpful, they were so professional. the suite itself had over 1,800 square feet of beautiful space, i loved it! the spa village offered amazing relaxation with its outdoor water garden.
the traffic around can be heavy, especially on weekends. navigating through the crowds can be tiring, especially under the sun. hopefully, they can find a better solution to manage the flow.

the fitness center has standard equipment for a good workout. the two pools are very good, with one being for adults only. the outdoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi add to the relaxation options.

The staff deserves praise for their warmth. butlers and service staff were attentive and professional. I felt well cared for during my whole trip.

The hotel has multiple dining options offering everything from cantonese cuisine at li yen to international fare at the cobalt room. the breakfast buffet was of a very high quality. The food was AMAZING!!! the personal juicing chefs were great.
